The prices for 2024 are shaped as per below table and include the over-night stay for 2 occupants per room, the breakfast price (mandatory), as well as all state & local taxes:

Reservation Terms
For reservations it is required to deposit an advanced payment 100% of the stay (for 1 days stay) or of 50% of the total stay (for 2 days and more stay), into the bank account of the hotel or through Credit-Cash Cards. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit slip by fax/e-mail.
The following terms apply:
- 100% of advance payment is charged for any cancellation 15 days before the expected arrival.
- 100% of advance payment is charged for “no-show”.
- 100% of total stay is charged for early departure.
- All the relevant costs are charged to the client.
- All the relevant booking/cancellation costs via e-banking or/and credit-cash cards, are charged to the Client.

Accommodation Terms
The following terms apply:
- The hotel applies a strict non-smoking policy to all inside areas and rooms.
- The hotel requests its visitors to respect the historic building as well as to obey the noise policy in all areas.
- The hotel allows children only under their parents/attendants responsibility.
- The hotel does not allow pets.
- Check-In: 15:00 pm.
- Check Out: 11:00 am.
